No video is needed for the Pre-check. The full Reviewer Application later requires one short verification video of your space (30 seconds to 3 minutes). You never have to appear on camera.

The free Pre-check is the best place to start, but it is optional. You can go straight to the Reviewer Application.

HearthSeal is selective. Completing the application does not guarantee admission. We are not looking only for the largest, most expensive or most professionally designed homes. Care and useful context matter, not wealth, square footage or expensive decor. Apartments, condos, townhomes, rentals, older homes, and suburban and urban homes are all in scope. What we look for.
