Thoughtful admission, not a wealth filter

HearthSeal is a selective collaboration network. Every reviewer application, including photos and a required verification video, is reviewed by hand for authenticity, fit, property potential, content opportunities and the brand experiences we can successfully match. Not every application is accepted.
We are not looking only for the largest, most expensive or most professionally designed homes. Care and useful context matter, not wealth, square footage or expensive decor. Apartments, condos, townhomes, rentals, older homes, and suburban and urban homes are all in scope.
Brands are selective, too. Every business is reviewed, and campaigns must disclose product value, installation, delivery, contractor requirements, expected reviewer expenses and deliverables before they can be matched. Not every application is accepted.
Invitations do not guarantee admission.

Reviewers do not receive cash payments and are never required to be positive.
Each offer shows what the business provides and any costs that stay with the reviewer before acceptance.
Businesses can request revisions only for factual errors, missing disclosure, missing format, incomplete submissions or broken files. Never for tone.
Reviewer status and badges come from reliability and content quality, never from how positive a review is.
Reviewers disclose that they received the product or service every time they publish.

Before a match, businesses see masked profiles only: no name, street address, contact details or exterior photos.
After a home accepts an offer, the business sees only the delivery or appointment details fulfillment needs.
Pre-check and application photos are private to the HearthSeal team and served only through short-lived secure links.

Every home is admitted through a manual application review, with photo checks and possible fresh verification photos.
Every business is approved manually before it can create campaigns.
Reviewers complete training on honesty, disclosure, safety and privacy before they can receive offers.

Damaged items, missed appointments and disputes are handled through Help cases in the Match Workspace.
The HearthSeal Service Team keeps a full record of every case, so both sides have one source of truth.
