For businesses

Your product deserves more than a product page.

Put it in a real home. See how it looks, how it works, what a real customer notices, and create content and proof you can actually reuse.

Reviewed on both sides

Not Everyone Gets In. That's Intentional.

HearthSeal is a selective collaboration network, not an open marketplace or a mass sampling program. Brands are reviewed with the same care as the homes they hope to reach.

Every business is reviewed by hand before it can launch a campaign. Each campaign must then disclose product or service value, installation and delivery, contractor or site requirements, any expected reviewer expenses, and exactly what is expected from the collaboration. A campaign cannot be matched until those terms are complete.

Homes go through their own review, including photos and a required verification video, so the people you meet have been selected for fit and follow-through.

We select both sides because the best brand partnerships should feel like a match, not a giveaway.

  1. 01

A product or service that belongs at home

An offer where the home materially changes how a customer experiences or understands the product or service.

  2. 02

    Clear, responsible offers

What you provide, what the reviewer is responsible for, and the agreed deliverables are clear before acceptance.

  3. 03

    Reliable fulfillment and follow-through

Readiness to ship or schedule work, communicate and support the collaboration through completion.

  4. 04

Respect for real homes and honest reviews

Privacy, realistic commitments and feedback that is never conditioned on positivity.

Why HearthSeal

Shorten the distance to “I can picture this in my house.”

  1. 01

    Real-home proof

Your product or service shown where people actually live with it, not only in a studio or showroom.

  2. 02

    Better content

Photos, video, before and after, installation and assembly content from real environments, as agreed in your campaign.

  3. 03

    Smarter product feedback

Instruction, packaging, installation, usability and maintenance feedback, including pre-launch testing where it applies.

  4. 04

    Local conversion support

For applicable campaigns, drive-by visibility, tours, conversations and local reference-style proof when agreed.

  5. 05

    Confidence before scaling spend

Real-world evidence, feedback and reusable content before or alongside heavier media spend.

Behind every collaboration

The exchange is simple. The operation is not.

Giving selected customers a product, a service or a meaningful discount in exchange for an honest review, useful content, product feedback or agreed participation sounds straightforward. Running the program is not. Someone has to manage every collaboration from the first offer to the final file, and the work grows quickly once products are larger, more expensive, installed, scheduled, fragile, inventory-sensitive or hard to replace.

01

Running the program

Product testing becomes an operations problem.

On paper it is one product and one participant. In practice it is a chain of small decisions and handoffs, and each one can stall. Inventory changes, a delivery window moves, an installer needs a site question answered, a participant has a question nobody owns, and a deadline passes without anyone noticing. Multiply that across a campaign and the hard part is no longer the product. It is knowing, for every collaboration, whether it actually closed successfully.

  • Current inventory and campaign availability
  • Discontinued, backordered or substituted items
  • Qualifying and selecting participants
  • Offers, acceptances and agreements
  • Shipping, delivery windows and appointments
  • Damaged, missing, incorrect or delayed product
  • Installation and site-prep responsibilities
  • Participant questions and support
  • Deadlines and follow-up
  • Deliverables, revisions and completion
  • Disclosure requirements and usage rights
  • Exceptions, cancellations and disputes

HearthSeal is not just where the match happens. It is the operating layer behind the collaboration.

Finding authentic participation

Finding the right creator has become its own job.

Creator marketing works when the creator, the product, the audience and the setting genuinely fit. Finding that fit takes real effort: weighing follower counts against engagement quality, audience relevance, content style, availability, pricing, contracts, usage rights and brand safety, and then judging whether the product will feel believable in that person's life.

Audiences have also become fluent in sponsored content. They can usually tell when something is paid or heavily produced, which makes fit and believable context matter more than reach alone.

HearthSeal starts somewhere different: with the home.

The environment is the qualifying asset, and a following is not required. A smaller apartment, an older home, a condo, a townhouse or a suburban family home may be the better placement when that space helps the product make sense in real life.

03

AI and the credibility problem

Perfect content has never been easier to make. Believable proof has never mattered more.

Brands can now generate polished rooms, product scenes, copy and lifestyle imagery in minutes. AI is genuinely useful for that work. But as manufactured-looking content becomes abundant, documented real-world context becomes more valuable, because it shows something a render cannot: how the product actually fits.

HearthSeal gives brands something AI cannot manufacture: a product living in a specific real home, used by a real person, with the dimensions, decisions, imperfections and context that make the experience believable.

The home makes the difference

Real-home placement, not mass product sampling.

Influencer and sampling programs each have their place. Here is how a HearthSeal placement compares when the goal is real-home proof.

Why not just send free product?

Free product is easy. Useful proof takes structure.

Mailing a box is the easy part. The challenge is operating the program once real people, real schedules and real inventory are involved. Without structure, teams end up tracking it all across email threads, spreadsheets and disconnected systems, and the proof they wanted arrives late, incomplete or not at all.

What tends to go wrong

  • Inventory changes after the offer goes out, or an item is discontinued or backordered
  • Packages arrive late, damaged, or in the wrong color, size or finish
  • Installs and appointments slip, or site prep was never clarified
  • Participants go quiet or miss the window you planned around
  • Content arrives incomplete, unusable, or without clear usage rights
  • Replacements, questions and exceptions land in someone's inbox

HearthSeal gives each placement a defined offer and agreement, on-platform messages, fulfillment history, structured deliverables and files, revisions, completion, ratings, support case history and a durable record.

  • Matched homes, not a black box
  • Structured terms frozen at offer
  • Defined deliverables with due dates
  • Tracked shipping or appointments
  • Auditable messages and files
  • Help cases with Service Team support
  • Usage rights set in campaign terms
  • Accountability and collaboration history
