How it works
One system, two clear paths.
Homes are admitted through a selective, manual process. Businesses are approved, then create campaigns and match with homes that fit. Every collaboration runs inside HearthSeal from offer to rating.
Not every home or business application is accepted. Care, photo readiness, reliability and opportunity fit matter, not wealth or square footage. Invitations never guarantee admission. What we look for in homes.
For homes
From Pre-check to active reviewer
The Pre-check is strongly recommended but optional. You can go straight to the Reviewer Application. Standard collaborations offer products or services, not cash, and reviews are always honest.

Optional and the best place to start. About 5 minutes with 2 to 5 current photos of your home.

Reviewer Application
An application for admission, including a short verification video of your space (you never have to appear on camera) and a $49 review fee. The fee covers manual review and verification, is non-refundable, and is not credited toward membership.

A HearthSeal team member reviews every application by hand. Not every application is accepted. Readiness, participation and opportunity fit matter, not wealth or home size.

If admitted, a separate $99/year membership activates your account.

For businesses
From application to completed collaboration
Brands are selective, too. Every business is reviewed, and campaigns must disclose product value, installation, delivery, contractor requirements, expected reviewer expenses and deliverables before they can be matched. Not every application is accepted.

Apply as a business
Complete the business application and pay the $299 non-refundable review fee.

Business verification & approval
HearthSeal manually verifies your business and reviews the fit of your products, services and offers for real-home collaboration. Not every application is accepted.

Create your campaign
Define the product or service, target geography, Required and Preferred home characteristics, fulfillment needs, deliverables, timing and partnership terms. Makeover Opportunities are created separately for larger project-based transformations.

Review matched homes
HearthSeal excludes homes that do not meet hard requirements, then gives remaining homes an explainable Match Score. Businesses review masked profiles and approved showcase media only.

Send offers
Sending offers is free. Match credits are $79 for 20, and one credit is used only when the reviewer accepts: one credit per accepted match.

Run the collaboration
After acceptance, the Match Workspace manages messaging, shipping/tracking or appointments, product information, deliverables, files, Help cases and service issues.

Complete the collaboration
Agreed deliverables and commitments are completed/approved, the collaboration closes, and both sides can submit ratings.
Makeover Opportunities
For larger documented projects. Active reviewers apply with fresh answers and photos, you review masked applications, and selection is based on fit and logistics, never chance.
